Writers and Illustrators Meeting
This months writing and illustration prompts are:
Birthday and Cardinal
Create a Story of approximately 1000 words. Write in any styie (poetry, prose) and any genre (Thriller, Sci Fi, Comedy, etc) or create an illustration using the prompts as inspiration. Come join us and share your works.

Painting Party
Hi Members,
YOU are invited to join us for a painting party Wednesday, September 13th at 6:00 PM. Bring your own 6×6 canvas or text Pam Stanforth at 937.974 4183. and we will get one for you.
We have been invited by The Chamber Of Commerce to provide paintings for 34 tables (Part of centerpiece decor for huge Business event). Paint in autumn colors, animals, landscape, birds, flowers, etc. Bring pictures, cutouts, anything traceable. We have acrylic and water color at center or bring your own paint and brushes Your painting will be auctioned off as a fund raiser, and you will be reimbursed with the 1st $35.00 recieved from auction. Come enjoy a fun evening… wine, cheese, crackers, laugh, paint, and get paid! Now, that is a deal.
We celebrate another year of providing Art appreciation, education, and a family atmosphere for our members and the surrounding community. Please join us our celebration. It’s a great way to meet other artists in a fun and family atmosphere.
Please RSVP to help us better plan the festivities. We look forward to spending the afternoon with you all.

Sonic Sketches
The LVAG Sonic Sketches meet on the fourth Thursday of the month from 6 – 8 pm at the LVAG Arts Center
This months songs to learn before the next meeting:

We’ll also jam in Blues patterns ( i iv v) in various keys and rhythms.
Dust off those instruments and come jam or just hang out.

We offer youth education classes.
Zart: Classes designed to increase the youth’s knowledge and enjoyment of art.
Home School Classes: Providing art education to supplement the home school student
Open Studio
The LVAG London Arts Center hosts Open Studio every Tuesday from 4 to 7 pm. Members and the public are welcome. Bring your current project or start a new project. A great time to work and mingle with other artists.
Membership Dues
A quick reminder to please remit your membership dues if you have not done so yet. We have a great many events and activities being planned. It’s a great time to renew or get a friend to join. We welcome everyone.
